The idea behind this project is to give a really domestic taste to a bar, turning it into a big home kitchen where invite friends to spend time together. The ideal place for grandma to bake deliciousnesses for everybody. To develop this concept we selected materials and finishes that are typical of the residential interiors, still looking at the functionality that a retail space requires. As a bistrot it has to work almost all day long from early breakfast till aperitivo at noon. This non-contract and more cozy approach allowed us to work on little details that can suggest a certain atmosphere more than a certain style.
