Stam is the result of the collaboration with Daniele Mingardo, a young manufacturer and an expert blacksmith. Thinking about a product that could fit in his collection we developed a furniture using basic techniques typical of carpentry, as sheet punching and profile bending. The result is a lightweight looking stool with a metal tube framing the seat made from a brass sheet with a manual brushed finish. Brass screws mounted at the end of the tubes create an accent that enriches this essential furniture and underlines the craft soul of this product.
